Hi,
We reserved the Contact Center Express Sandbox and cannot login to the UCM or Finesse server.
When we try to login to the UCM we get Database error and when we try to access the Finesse server the web page times out.
Is there a way for us to re-set the sandbox to it working state?

hi
we reviewed the lab and all is in order now. Finesse services have been resumed and db errors corrected on the Communications Manager.

On a related note do you know if the lab has Cisco's CAD Enterprise Desktop that we can we test with?
We have CTIOS CAD but not the Enterprise version.
