Catalyst 2960x no levanta despues de reset, presionando el boton MODE

Alguien podría ayudarme con este problema, al no tener las credenciales de acceso a un switch 2960X se procedió a presionar el botón MODE para borrar la configuración, sin embargo, no volvió a levantar el switch y aparece el siguiente error:

You having some issue with above error, power off the device and start over again and see if that works.

if still issue, may be hardware faulty.
