Hola @Alberto ,

Revisa este link(para consultar sobre la compatibilidad, ve directo a las paginas 82 y 83):

https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/telepresence/endpoint/software/tc7/release_notes/tc-software-release-notes-tc7.pdf

Para ver las diferencias entre las verisones del software, mira esta respuesta que encontre en la comunidad:

The .pkg file is used to directly upgrade endpoints from their web interface or using TMS.  The .cop.sgn file is used by CUCM to upgrade endpoints, and it actually contains the same .pkg file within it to upgrade endpoints.   You'll use the .pkg file if your endpoints are registered to VCS or standalone (ie: not registered to any call control server), and you'll use the .cop.sgn file if your endpoints are registered to CUCM.

Some countries do not support encryption, so some software packages have an encrypted and non-encrypted version, while some others only have a single software package in which case encryption is determined by an option key.

If you need to perform software downgrades, you'll simply go through the upgrade process, but you'll instead install a lower version software than what you're currently running.

Saludos
