I am configuring in the admin workspace - settings - email section so that the satellite server has the ability to send notifications about licenses, password changes, or any alert service that it can provide via email, against a local email server that does not It asks for a username or password to validate through the standard 25 SMTP connection port, but the application does not react in any way. The email server administrators ask me to verify the connection attempt, but I don't see where I can see anything there, or what requirements requires the platform for this feature to work.
