Switch Cisco 2960x Stacking cambio de rol master - member

Saludos comunidad, espero estén muy bien. Un favor, Se tiene dos switch cisco WS-C2960XR-24TS-I en stacking, me podrian explicar el por que se puede presentar el escenario en en que el switch 2 miembro del stacking asuma el rol de master, sin un aparente baja de energia del switch 1.. les presento los siguientes comandos show y el log de enventos antes y despues de que ocurrio el cambio del rol master en el stacking (Ocasiono perdida de comunicación de los equipos en campo).

  • Quisiera saber las posibles causas de ese evento y si se podria volver a repetir, teniendo en consideración que el switch master actual tiene una prioridad de 1 y el miembro una prioridad de 15 (Anterior master stacking).
  • Una pregunta Adicional un consumo promedio y maximo de cpu tiene constantes picos de uso de 100%, esto podria ocasionar en un momento dado el reinicio del switch (No ocurre en el stacking).

Hola

Puede deberse a un bug, revisa que exista una version mas reciente del IOS y actualiza el stack.

Otra razon podria ser, aunque poco probable es que uno de los cables de stack no este correctamente conectado y tenga un falso.
