I'm having problems with a team that is in crash if anyone can help me with the query.

Last reload reason: bus error at PC 0x42F90CC8, address 0x0

Hi,

It looks like a trouble with the image or Bug, I suggest open a case with the Cisco TAC, an image upgrade could be required. This situation is usually seen when CPU wants to access memory location.
