smart license attach 8300

hello team.

yesterday, i got a job to add smart license on 8300

and i've tried cli # license smart reservation

but in device i couldnt find that command

i just found  authorization Authorization
                   clear Clear
                   export Get or return an export authorization key
                   factory Execute Smart Licensing Factory commands
                   import Import authcode, policies, trustcode etc
                   save Save
                   sync Sync with CSLU/CSSM.
                   trust Establish trust between PI and CSLU/CSSM.

please let me know how can i add smart license on C8300? 

the site does not connected with internet because they are bank internal network.

You could grant temporarely internet access to the management IP or interface.

To add a Smart License to a Cisco C8300 router without an internet connection, you can use the following steps:

1) Generate a token from the Cisco Smart Software Manager (CSSM) website, which is where you would normally manage licenses for your devices.
2) Transfer the token to the C8300 using a USB flash drive or some other method.
3) Import the token on the C8300 using the following command:

- license smart import usbflash0:<token_file>

4) Replace <token_file> with the name of the token file that you transferred to the router.

5) Verify that the license has been added using the following command:

- show license all

This command will display a list of all licenses currently installed on the router, including the Smart License.
