I was granted access to SNTC and received an email from cisco. It has been more than 24 hours and I am still unable to access the portal. When I try to access the page it redirects me to the following page:
I have 2 accounts with Administrator permissions and I have the same behavior.
Can someone please tell me how to solve this problem?
