Can you suggest any resources that gives good labs to improve my knowledge and my experience in networking( switching and routing) by giving more complex and different use cases?

you could find a lot of topic on Internet about networking basic knowledge. In addition, you should use Cisco Packet Tracer which is a network simulation tool that can be used to create and practice networking scenarios. There are several online resources that offer Packet Tracer labs, such as NetAcad, David Bombal's courses, and various YouTube channels.

i prefer to use CML 2.5 (which cost you 200$ + which give all the device for you to test and Lab many CCNP Labs and security)

I use PNET Lab opensource (with this i can create Multi vendor Labs other than cisco and integrate and test it)
