CUCM 12.5 "No applications have been installed."

Hi, for a few weeks I have been facing this error "No applications have been installed." on my cucm at version 12.5 when I try to go to the ccmadmin interface. After my research, I read that it was a recognized bug, but I couldn’t figure out how to fix it. For an https://X.X.X.X address of the cucm I am obliged to complete every time https://X.X.X.X/ccmadmin to make display interface properly. How do I solve this error ?

The Tomcat service is starting and working properly. I have repeatedly restarted the CUCM server and restart the Tomcat service. But still nothing, no personalized certificate.

If you have run into the bug, yes you will have to go to https://<cucm>/ccmadmin

Once there, you can of course switch to any other of the GUIs without having to log in.

If you need the SSO bypass link, it is in the form https://<cucm>/ccmadmin/showRecovery.do and for the OS it is https://<cucm>/cmplatform/showRecoveryPlatform.do

Is there no way to permanently fix this bug ? Avoid adding the "ccmadmin" to the address every time. Please help me ...

I looked and don't see a bug listed that fits your description. Do you have the bug number?

I would say to try a different browser first. But if it is a bug, the fix (if any exists) would be listed in the bug and would probably be an upgrade.

Also, try using a bookmark so you don't have to manually type in the ccmadmin part if that is the issue you want to work around.

Cisco Bug: CSCvq37453

First, do you have exactly this version of CUCM?
Description: Only applicable to 12.0.1.24042-1 and 12.0.1.24043-1

If so, the answer to your question is in there. If not, then TAC can confirm what the issue it.

Workaround: There is a manual workaround available for this issue. This has to be assisted by TAC. Please find attached as workaround.txt .

Or you can upgrade to a later version. Or you can type in ccmadmin.
