Developing on IR1101 and IR829 - software availability

Hi,

I have a Cisco IR1101 and Cisco IR829WG.

In both cases, I want to deploy containers with my application.

For the IR1101, I used the instructions:

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/routers/1101-industrial-integrated-services-router/214383-build-and-deploy-a-docker-iox-package-fo.html#anc1

To download  IOx client, I came here:
https://software.cisco.com/download/home/286306005/type/286306762/release/1.10.0

However, when I tried to download I was met with error:

To Download this software, you must have a valid service contract associated to your Cisco.com profile.
If you do not have a service contract you can get one through:
  • Your Cisco Account Team if you have a direct purchase agreement with Cisco
  • Your Cisco Partner or Reseller
Once you have the service contract you must associate your service contract to your Cisco.com user ID with Profile Manager

...
How do I proceed? Did I follow the right path? Is a service contract required?
Where can I find information on how to move forward in the best way?

Hello and thank you for reaching out to us about your issue!

ioxclient can also be downloaded directly from Cisco DevNet, no login required:

https://developer.cisco.com/docs/iox/#!iox-resource-downloads/downloads

Hope this helps?
