Adding exceptions to FED list

Hello,

We have set up on our platform a list for executives in our company, and protect them against spoofing.

However, some members of that list also send notifications through another external cloud platform to other members of our organization.

Sometimes, these mails are caught because the external system is sending "on their behalf" but from an outside address.

How can I provision the exceptions in a granular fashion?

For example, Jack.Black@mycompany.net sends a PO through "ficticious-financing.co" to someone else in the company.

Jack.Black is on our executive list and enjoys the added layer agains spoofing.

However, the mail received from "ficticious-financing.co" is flagged and quarantined.

How can I add the exception?

Go to Mail Policies/Address Lists.
Click on the "Add Address List" button. Give the list a name like FED_Exceptions. Check "Full Email Addresses only", enter the address(es) you need.
Click Submit/Commit.
Then go to your content filter and pick the Address list you just created, submit/commit.

Hi @KenStieers
That doesn't work.
I have added separate personal emails to allow for the case that someone
sends
from another address and they too are on the FED list.
The case here is that the mail sent from another source is a "bounced"
address and not listing
the FED users name.
It is from a general "systemname@Whateversource"

Hey Larry,
So the envelope sender is systemname@Whateversource.com
And the From is something like "Joe Smith"?
Ken

Hi Ken,
Envelope sender is like you wrote.
The From is "actual.username@domain.co" <"system@externalsystem.com>

I took a screenshot of the "Text Source" I set for the notification
template next to an actual censored message.

Hi Ken,

Any insight to my request would be much appreciated.
