Assign ip address belonging to a pool to a vpn client user in particular

We would like to know if it is possible to assign a IP to a VPN user? or increase the time of granting an IP belonging to a pool?

 Both is possible. You can increase the lease with the command "dhcpd leaselease_length"

The problem is that the IP's are not assigned by a DHCP server but by a pool created in the firewall. So we do not know if we can increase the concession time of that pool.
