audit logs in CES

Can we get a audit logs in CES, like who has done the configuration change and what.

In System Administration/Log Subscriptions/Add Log Subscriptions is there not an Audit Log option?

Yes it have. Can you please confirm log level captures configuration change also. PFA snapshot.

Also can we integrate CES with tacacs server for administrator/user level access for gui and cli.
