Configuration from C160 cannot be directly exported to C190.
The reason for this is the pre-requisite of having both appliances run the same Async OS version.
C160 cannot be upgraded beyond 8.5.7, while C190 starts at 9.1.2. Hence, both devices cannot be added to a single cluster either.
You can deploy a virtual ESA on C160's version and then move the configuration to it before upgrading it to match the C190. Else, you would need to manually configure the C190.
You can use a single or multiple MX setup for the appliances in your network based on how traffic is sent to the ESA's.
