Cloud Email Security is blocking sendgrid emails

Hello everyone,

I had a problem that is with Allow spoofed emails, there is a website that is sending email on behalf of my domain from sendgrid, some time ago it was working well, but right now It is not working, the problem is that I can't find the emails in any log and any quarantine, so maybe the connection it is not establishing before some email is processed and analyzed, It tried to add IPS in HAT, whitelist in policies, I have DMARC in ENFORCE mode and I have configured Bounce verification. I have found another Spoofed Emails in quarantine but I cant found emails from sendgrid. Some other idea or another configuration that I could try to remove or modify?

Sendgrid (and other bulk emailing companies) have a feature where the MX rejects the message for $Recipient, this $Recipient is "blacklisted" by them and they will not attempt to deliver new emails to $Recipient.

You'll need to find this feature somewhere in Sendgrid panel and "unblock" your $Recipients
