Hi bharat.dixit1,
You can enable the ESA to send a BCC for messages that violate a DLP policy. This option is found under Mail Policies > DLP Policy Customizations. To setup the ESA to send a copy of DLP violation message follow these steps.
- Mail Policies > DLP Policy Customizations
- Add a new Message Action or edit the Default Action
- Drop down the Advanced menu > Message Delivery > Send Copy (BCC)
- Fill out the intended recipients, optional return address, and subject (accepts the same variables as DLP notification templates)
- Mail Policies > DLP Policy Manager
- Add DLP Policy > US Drivers License Numbers
- Set Severity Settings to the previously defined action
- Mail Policies > Outgoing Mail Policies > Enable US Drivers License Numbers for desired policy
For more information about DLP Policy Customizations please see the section titled "Defining Actions to Take for DLP Violations (Message Actions)" in the ESA User Guide.
Best regards,
Walter Clark
