CRES automatic session time out

Hi,

One of our customer experience automatic session timeout when they log in to CRES.

Multiple users experience the same. They are getting  "Your session has timed out" error and getting logged out when navigates to other menus within the site (please be noted that the session was just started and didn't exceeded even 1 minute ). This occurs all the time they try

They use our proxy service to access CRES. In the proxy logs we get the below when they navigate to other menu

"error:transaction-end-before-headers"

Could someone please help me to identify the issue

Regards

Have you tried accessing it outside the proxy network?

From what I know the CRES login has a global 20 minute session timeout.

But based on what you are seeing I suspect something in the network is dropping packets.

Hi Libin,

Thank you for the response.

When we tried non proxy traffic (through firewall) it worked fine.

Additionally Issue exists for all browsers

Also, please ensure this wasn't during the maintenance window for CRES.

Issue occurs all the times and also out of the mentioned maintenance windows.

I will raise a support call with TAC regarding this for further investigation.

Thank you for the support

Please let me know if you get any response /Resolution from cisco for this issue.  Thank you.
