Doubt Cisco Cloud Emai

Hi

Im going to implement Cisco Cloud Email Security but my customer has some doubts

1.- The customer has access to Ironport as administrator?????, He can creates policies????, Log into SSH?????? or need to contact Cisco to do this???

2.- If the customer wants the logs, he can access to it or exists some cost?????, How can last the logs in Cisco Cloud Email?????

3.- Wich is the best implement, i mean, its better to migrate first MS 365 and then CES or is better migrate first CES and then MS 365????, Which scenario is less disruptive ???

Hello Carlos,

I assume you're a reseller of the CES service?

If so, I believe you should reach out to the Cisco sales teams for answers on the restrictions with the CES environment.

EDIT: But i do believe if you have access to the administrator, it would give you the availability to create policy and rules on the CES system. 
Also the logs being retained is generally configured; typically default it's 100mb per log, up to 10 logs kept before old are removed for new, but it is customizable.
