I new user to email security, can any one explain to me how mail encryption work and how the recipient of mail decrypt the message if he didn't have mail security.
In general, sender with the encryption licenses can use the ESA or an outlook plugin to encrypt the email and send a link to the recipient.
The recipient in turn would use that link from any platform to register and access that email.
