email question

Hi all,

I found our company email status. Email software send some email can send to ESA while other can not. Is it related to ESA? Does ESA default setting can reject normal email? THX!

Hello,

do you have this issue with an incoming / outgoing emails ? is the issue affect one / multiple domains ?

the ESA by default didnrt block any emails unless there is a hard coded configuration in place.
