They aren't on the ESA, they're in CRES.
Login to res.cisco.com, click on Administration in the upper right.
Click on Accounts in the menu across the top, pick your account by clicking on the Account Number.
Click on the Templates tab
Create a copy of the default template set by entering a new title and clicking the Add button.
Then in the table below that, click on the new template set.
Click on "English (US)" to open the template, modify it and save it.
Go back to the template list, and there you can reset the active template set.
