I get such notification form ESA
'Failed to connect to aggregator.cisco.com port 443: Operation timed out' and I begun to capture packet. when I check the result in wireshark observed that syn message is sent but ack message not turns back. what kind of issue it would be?
I looked at as well. nothing posted about this issue. I am afraid the problem would stems from my side.
Well, I was able to connect, but the connection is down again and I continue to receive the alerts from our ESAs, as well. TAC has not responded and the status page  still lists all services as operational.
