I have a Cisco Esa C370 device, which when verifying the update you can see the following message.
They could give a help in this regard.

For C370 models please ensure you have 8GB RAM available on the ESA using CLI command 'ipcheck'.

You can also review the Monitor - > System Capacity report to confirm the CPU usage for the past day or week.

It would be normal to see high CPU usage at peak hours when mail flow is high and scanning engines attempt to update, as long you do not see consistently high CPU usage for multiple hours you can continue with the upgrade skipping the warning seen.
