Getting an Error of "Hop Count Exceeded Possible mail loop" from sender noreply@ces.cisco.com. PFA snapshot and let me know what could be the reason

Hello, I had a similar issue which involved a Cisco ESA on prem and Microsoft mailboxes online. The Exchange-guys made a connector that looped the mails back to the ESA. We had to make an exception for the ESA-public IP-adresses in the connector.
