How to list "Receiving aborted" messages, Logs? Message Tracking?

Not sure how to list all the messages that got "Receiving aborted"

 

We have some C370s ESAs and a M670 SMA and we are having some problems where certain messages get the "Receiving aborted" error that we can see using Message Tracking if someone tells us who sent the message but we don't know how to list them all or find them all so that we can report to management how big the issue is.  There is no Receiving Aborted check box in the Advanced Message Tracking options, like there is for Hard Bounced or Soft Bounced.


We have downloaded multiple logs, mail_logs, bounces, error logs, tracerd_logs and can't find that string in any of them using Notepad or Excel to look at them

Hi Greg,

Please have look on following articles which contains details information about the error, however no direct report is available because above error refer to multiple causes. 

Might be using a third party syslog server help to generate a report.
