How long will a message be available in the message tracking on the SMA?

I cannot seem to find any information pertaining to this on Cisco's website.

Its based on the space you allocate and your traffic.
On the SMA under System Administration/Disk Management you can allocate space to various things, one of which is Centralized Email Tracking.


If you go to Message Tracking/Message Tracking Data Availability, it will show you what data time ranges it has. Missing times might be issues or times when a specific box was down (eg. For upgrading)
