To All,
The message come sporadically when sending emails, "Plug-in encountered unexpected error. Disabling encryption for this account". This is belived to be related to an IronPort plug-in that allows emails to be manually set as Spam, if I'm correct.
The IronPort Plug-in is pushed via GPO. There is possibility that that failed.
Any ideas how to address it? I'm gathering info to provide to server team.
Thanks in advance,
Angelo

Hello Caballeroangelo,
From this error, it looks like possibly the BCE configuration XML on the individual user's PC may be having issues thus its breaking the 'encryption' availability of the plugin.
If you do not use the encryption portion of the plugin and use it purely for spam submissions, i would advise to disable the encryption feature.
Outlook > File > Options > Addins
Locate the Email Security Plugin
Click add-in options
Disable encryption.
Regards,
Matthew

Thanks Matthew.
This fix worked. Apparently the GPO should have only installed the SPAM functions, not the Encryption function. One of the other ways was also to change it via Add/Remove programs, selecting the Modify option.
Thanks again.
