HI,
When I try to download a zip file using Cisco SMA, I can not download it, and I see this comment:
Malware Analytics File Verdict: . ( It seems It can not analyze that file)
The Default Polciy is been used, and the MIME Objetct section, ZIP file are allowed.
Is there any option to allow this kind of downloading ??
I have these option configured:
Web Reputation: Enabled
Secure Endpoint: Enabled
Anti-Malware Scanning: Enabled
Version of Proxies: 14.5 and 15.2 ( in both version I have the same situation)
