Receiving aborted

Hi,

I have an ESA cluster and tracking a message from gmail.com we saw same message are aborted with the follow message:

Message xxxxx failed on incoming connection (ICID xxxxxx). Message Loop.

Message xxxxx aborted. Receiving aborted.

Any suggestion how to solve it?
