Report based on failure reason

Hello, 

I would like to ask if there is a way to produce a report based on a failure inside the message body like 

Reason: 4.3.0 - Other mail system problem ('451', ['4.7.500 Server busy.

Hi there,

not out of the box. You can leverage either the mail_logs and sent them either to a SIEM or run a grep against your mail log using an external script and sent you an alert.
