Reporting Question

We are using a M660 for manageing appliances. We have the Excutive report and the internal users summary being sent out.

The question I have is thee a report which shows the top users that are sending messages and the Qty vs. Top users by Threat Messages received and claean messages received?

We had an instance of a compromised account where the person showed up on the report as a top user by clean messages . But come to find out this account was sending 10's of thousands of emails and we ended up as you can guess getting blacklisted.

I asked support why it wasn't picked up by Ironport and they said the email was to small (they were < 15k).

Is there away to see top ten users by email period and what that count is?

Are you looking for Monitor/Internal Users?

That lists your top ten internal email addresses with clean incoming and clean outgoing.

Then below that there's a table that is sortable by incoming spam, virus, content filter hits, clean or outgoing spam, virus, content filter hits, clean or outgoing...
