Secure Email Cloud Tracking API

I need to collect all data/attributes from Secure Email Cloud to feed/integrate the same to some other security platform for threat analysis. 

Is tracking API sufficient for me to get those all attributes/data?

I need to optimize API call with respect to different attributes as well.

Any documentation on attributes, API query samples are there? please help.

It contains information on different API calls that can be made. This ranges from message tracking API, quarantine API, health checks etc.
