See email content & hyperlink content

Hi everybody,

On the SMA or ESA :

1) Can we see the content of the email if it is not in quarantine ?

2) Can we see the content of a hyperlink of an email, if it is in quarantaine ? or delivered ?

1)  No, you can only seem mail that's in a quarantine (or archived)

2)  You can see the hyperlink in mail that's quarantined.  If it has been delivered you won't be able to see it.

May be able to configure a content filter to add log entries of specific matched content, but I'm not sure if the URL filters make that available in an action variable where you can do that.

Adding to what Ken shared:

You can "Log URLs" into the ESA mail_logs/tracking through the outbreak filter settings - then if then when the emails are getting scanned and triggers a condition of your URL filtering, it will log the specific URLs triggered in the logs.
