Send Secure by Default. Option

I have some end-users who want all messages by default to be flagged for encryption.  I made them aware that they only have to take 1 second to toggle the Encryption Flag button to on but they are insisting they want this on by default with the option to click on it to turn if off instead.  I looked over the options for the plug-in for Outlook and that apparently is not one of them.   Can we have that added as a future enhancement to the plug-in.

What are you using for encryption?  CRES/IEA? or is this just flagging to require TLS?

If its TLS, would it be easier to just set the box to TLS as preferred?

Or are there certain domains that you need to do this with, and you can set up a policy for TLS to be required for those?
