We are listed as good with all other spam services but talos. We got listed monday we found the problem user fixed it, provided talos with logs of all of this monday and the ticket is still listed as poor. I can't get ahold of anyone at talos and clients are not able to receive our emails. Weve resorted to having clients also open up tickets for us so they can get emails. Is there anyone that can help us we are dead in the water to large clients.
