Can you provide a little further information on this? Is this a hardware or virtual appliance? Are you going through a proxy? Able to telnet over from the appliance to update-manifests.ironport.com on port 443?

Hello Kuat -
Looks like your appliance is not able to communicate out.
You should be getting clean communication to update-manifests.sco.cisco.com over 443:
> telnet update-manifests.sco.cisco.com 443

From the appliance's CLI, please configure the dynamic update host to the new update server.
Testing.com> updateconfig
Choose the operation you want to perform:
- SETUP - Edit update configuration.
[]> dynamichost
Enter new manifest hostname:port
[update-manifests.ironport.com:443]> update-manifests.sco.cisco.com:443
Choose the operation you want to perform:
- SETUP - Edit update configuration.

hi!
i use dynamichost, and change "update-manifests.sco.cisco.com:443" then "commit"
save config, device reboot. problem not solved:

Upgrade exited without success.
Please attempt the upgrade again after clearing the error.

Hello Kuat,
Please enter following link in your browser and check whether you can download the file.

In some case we have found firewall was blocking the file as there is no extension. Can you please verify the firewall side for that connection?
Can you also provide any upgrade logs?

Can you retry the upgrade? We found and resolved and issue yesterday that was preventing upgrades from being seen and completing. If you are still having issues, we'll need to get a support case opened, and support tunnel, to better suit and find out what is occurring.
