Adding apps in Meraki

Hi

We have been using Meraki as our MDM for a while now, but in the last few days when trying to add an app in Apps, it just shows a blank screen and the app never shows. Any ideas on how to sort?

What kind of App are you trying to add (iOS, Android, etc)?

Hi

Just any iOS app into Meraki. It never brings up any details of the app, just mainly the screen is blank, and hitting save gives errors.

Hasn't worked in a while.

Well it seems when I go into the apps page, i go to https://n169.meraki.com/######/n/vjOV5dPc/manage/configure/apps where #### is our company, but what it should go to is https://n169.meraki.com/######/n/vjOV5dPc/manage/configure/apps2 which then works as it shows a VPP menu that then imports all the apps we have bought.

AT least it's a work around
