Hi all,
We are having an issue with verifying the subscription status of Adobe Acrobat when opening PDFs in protected mode from Outlook, with AMP disabled it works. Opening PDF documents from explorer och any other application with AMP enabled works without any issues.
The message displayed by Acrobat is "We can't verify you subscription status." and i found a similar issue with another security application where all files in protected mode (not only opened from Outlook) has problems verifying against Adobe servers https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/cant-verify-your-subscription-status.html
Any takers on how to resolve this issue?
