Hello,
I am trying to stop users on MacBooks from uninstalling AMP endpoint from their machines.
Is there a setting like in the windows policy maker where I can put a password on the uninstall option?
Thanks,
Robert Voss

Hello.
Can you change the privileges to the file "Uninstall AMP for Endpoints Connector.pkg" that the user access? It is one of the basic file system function.

We also ran into this problem.
What we ended up doing was purchasing a license for a Mobile Device Manager (MDM) package to "assign" apps to users which they cannot uninstall. One of the easiest to use is SimpleMDM (https://simplemdm.com/). It's made expressly for managing Apple tech (MacBooks and iOS devices) and doesn't require an advanced degree to operate. It was simple enough that I also purchased a license for home use to manage my teenagers' laptops.
Might work for you!
