Hi Cisco community,
I've been facing an issue recently that I thought someone else might have experience about it.
It's about the installation of Cisco AMP for Endpoints on a set of machines that are running Windows 7 Standard Embedded version and according to the Cisco TAC, this version of OS is not supported!
I wanted to share this with you guys in here and see if anyone had this experience and if so, how you tackled this problem?
Ps. we are not able to upgrade the OS on these machines and replacing them with new ones will take a while I'm looking for a solution to protect these machines as we are in this transition.
Thank you

Hello @AlirezaSani,
what is the exact problem? Windows error message? What happens?
Greetings,

Well, the status on the connector will be not running (service has stopped).
Cisco TAC has confirmed the OS is not supported.
