Any tools to fully remove Cisco AMP? The agent is unable to connect to the console and the password doesn't appear to work. Attempting to remove from Programs and Features crashes the uninstall process.
Attempted using:
FireAMPSetup_v####.exe /R /S /remove 1 /uninstallpassword MyPassword
C:\Program Files\Cisco\AMP\###\uninstall.exe /R /S /remove 1 /uninstallpassword MyPassword
C:\Program Files\Cisco\AMP\###\uninstall.exe /S /Full 1 /password MyPassword
This is for version 7.1.5.

Hi,
The last time I had issues with uninstalling AMP4E (forgotten password) - I simply created a new installation kit (new policy) that I used to overwrite the previous kit settings (like not passsword or different password).
Simply install the new kit and uninstall if needed.

Well this assumes you know the password. So you can use this example how to escape the special characters in the password (1bla"2blabla). This will stop the service-means your password is correct:
C:\Program Files\Cisco\AMP\7.4.3.20679>sfc -k "1bla\"2blabla"
If not, open a SR so support can erase the password. That means NO password recovery, just erasing the password via webex support session.
