I am trying to install connectwise app onto an ipad from System Manager. I am not seeing the app install onto the ipad and I am not sure if there is a specific restriction that prevents this from happening.
The ipad I am using is supervised. The profile I am using has restrictions with the selection of 'Only allow for the following apps' and then I have a list of apps and I have connectwise in this list. I have wifi settings added with the 'Restrict QoS marking' selected, the 'allow-list apple audio/video calling' checked, and the list of apps I am using on the ipad added.

I figured it out. In System Manager>Manage>Apps I had not yet put in the scope with the tag. After doing this the app downloaded and works
