I can not login in AMP secure

I can not login in AMP secure X portal, I have created account, but when I am tried I got error:
Unable to sign in. Please verify that you have created your account, and try resetting your password. Too many failed password attempts will lock your account.
But I can not reset password, I do not receive any mail for resetting password.
Can any help me, maybe I need more information to provide you,

Your best bet is to review this document and contact TAC for support if more assistance is needed.
Depending on how your authentication is setup you could also try to sign into me.security.cisco.com and review recent activity or logging into castle.amp.cisco.com and review your SAML Configuration if configured.
castle.amp.cisco.com, sign-on.security.cisco.com, and sso-apps.security.cisco.com allow you to launch SecureX from one of the tiles depending on how authentication is setup for your organization.
Since there are a couple of authentication paths, it is hard to provide a more specific answer.

Have you ever logged in to https://sign-on.security.cisco.com/
You should click on option "Forgot your password?"
