iOS Web Clips not appearing

Hi,

I'm trying to setup some web clips to show on Supervised (DEP) iPads.

The clips don't show up on the device anywhere for a user to use. I've then tried to add a home screen layout, as these devices will have a few hand picked apps on them only (Kiosk like devices). Here are some screenshots showing my config. Interestingly, Settings -> General -> Device Management -> Meraki -> More Details shows the clips, so I'm not sure why I can't then use them.

Can anyone point me in the right direction to get this sorted?

I do have this setting set, but I'm pretty sure this shouldn't affect it?

I can now see my clips, unfortunately though, I can see them all 7 times! Any ideas on this one?

Additionally, spaces don't seem to be coming through, so "Example Clip" is showing as "ExampleClip"...?
