Migrate from Cloud Secure Endpoint to Private Cloud

We have cisco secure endpoint cloud and would like to migrate to private cloud appliance. 

My question is: Should we re-install connectors on endpoint or is there a way to change configuration and point them to private cloud appliance?

No there is no "migration" tool from Cloud to Private and vice versa  you will have to remove the current connectors and re-deploy fresh new installations generated by your private cloud. Since a lot of stuff is heavily based on certificates there is no simple way to just manually migrate from one platform to another . Not even from one cloud org to another cloud org. Each organization is unique.
