Policy Update Failed, code 3242196993?

Does anyone have a translation for error code 3242196993 in the context of Secure Endpoint, policy update failed events?

That code means a scan is in progress, so an update as likely attempted during a scan and failed. If an update would have completed, it would have issues with the scan due to potential exclusion updates so that makes sense. Not sure why it is showing as unknown here though.
