Reset connector's policy settings due to lost connection to Private Cloud Server

Hello,

If AMP connector loses connection to Private Cloud Server it will not get new policy settings. But after Cache TTL time it resets old policy settings at all and doesn't quarantine files from Simple Custom Detection anymore. I'm wondering why old policy settings don't work anymore.

Hello @EkaterinaKupchikhina54505,

discussed this internal. So yes, the cache expires, but the connector should not change anything in the policy. The policy is stored locally on the endpoint and is changed only, if there is a new version received from AMP PC/Cloud.
There is no TTL for the policy in the product.
If you see this issue on several computers, it may makes sense to check your connector with TAC.
