here is the issue
So I figured out what was wrong in how I got cisco in the first place I noticed that My school account was connected to my private computer. So what happened was that my county was connected to my computer so my computer downloaded 3 things. 1. was Microsoft internal connector extension which I deleted. 2. Cisco AMP orbital connector got downloaded and 3. the Cisco app client got downloaded on my pc. I tried deleting the system but it was runned by a different administrator so in order to delete it I have to know the administration password to the alternative client. I didn't know the password, I called the tech center in my school to see if they know the password. And I noticed I couldn't access the configuration file because that was runned on a different policy which is protected policy. How do I get rid of cisco? I need help urgently.
