Update Apps

Is there a way to update a app for all Devices , for example if all of my IPADS have youtube app , instead of going to each device on client list and updating on each one,, is there a single update option for the app on all devices.

and this is without removing the old app and reinstalling the new version , this isn't a option because of how many and location of devices
